Pathway Development Centre (PDC) are really proud to announce the exciting news of the launch of the new development centre which officially opens and delivers sessions from Tuesday 3rd June 2025
PDC are equally excited to collaborate with Pat Wilson of PW Training to deliver high quality, academy standard training sessions.
This exciting news brings our very own, academy manager, Micky Clayton and Pat Wilson back together in this joint venture where they first met and managed AFC Bournemouth Academy
The development centre has specialised, tailor made sessions for age groups U7 - U16, numbers will be limited so we strongly recommend you book now to avoid disappointment.

Pathway Development Centre (PDC) are one of the leading football providers in Dorset.
With a strong emphasis on developing children from 4 years to U16s.
PDC have an impressive success rate with over 150 players given the opportunity to emerge within professional club development centres and a further 75+ players progressing onto contracted professional football academies including AFC Bournemouth, Southampton FC, Portsmouth FC, Oxford United, Watford, Exeter City, MK Dons plus many more
We offer grassroots interventions and are proud members of the Junior Premier League, Hampshire Testway League and Dorset League.
